Michele thrives on pushing herself both physically and mentally and has completed multiple marathons and triathlons. She enjoys a challenge.
Path to Coaching
Michele’s path to professional coaching began after she accepted a leadership position at her workplace. She had not yet fully learned how to manage her thoughts and her mind regarding this transition. This learning opportunity provided her with valuable experience which she uses to help others.
Life Coaching
Michele realized via several routes that her reality was formed by her thoughts, and that coaching was a path to shaping her best self. She firmly believes that wellness coaching is a gift, and one that she wishes to share with others.
When Michele is not working as an emergency department physician, or career coaching for doctors, she is leading a full life with her family and her dog Hugo. In her spare time, she loves:
